You should request a copy of your case comments from DCS - you need to know what was being said and done in the background. DO not call them or speak to them ever, unless in writing. You can go to http://dshs.washingtonsharedparenting.com and find a complete database with all of their email addresses. Email them - request - "Under Washington's Public Disclosure Laws, I am requesting a copy of my case comments from" this date to this date. Give your case number an a mailing address.

You should do this at least every year, more often if there are a lot of issues.
