Message Wife relocated to California without permission was posted by Chris, on 12/4/2009 5:48:18 PM. When my ex left, she did it while I was away on a
business trip. She packed up most of the house,
cleaned out the bdnk account, and took my 7 y/o
son with her to Cali. She the proceded to file
false claims about violence and abuse to both
her and my son. I have since filed with my
attourney as a petitioner to have my son returned
back to Washington where we all lived for the
last 5 years. This has been going on since July
and her and my son are still in Cali and I have
only gotten to see my son twice for a total of 8
days in the last six months. Not to mention that it
is costing me $700 a month in both support and
the airline travel to see him the little bit I get to.
There is a pending investigation by a guardian ad
litem to be conducted, but in the meantime, she
gets to continue with him still in Cali. Is there
anything else I can do or any info that might help
me in making sure that her lies are well know by
the court and that might help me to get my son
back here where he belongs? Thanks.
