My ex husband is holding a grudge over 16 years old, and lately sent an email filled with hate, anger, abuse, etc. though it was sent to me, I've heard the exact words he's used come out of my kids mouths' when angry. That tells me, he's saying all these things to them (he's diagnosed paranoid, and won't take meds).

My older daughter stays with him during the school week, even though I have custody. I'm no longer sure she's mentally safe there...any idea on options? I'm afraid for them, and frankly, I'm now afraid for me. He's so angry, I'm afraid he'd physically try to hurt me or my husband.
