Message evil liar was posted by J, on 3/10/2010 5:55:13 AM. when I couldn't come up with over 4000 on a sunday the day before court to help my son then 17 out with all his criminal traffic fines my ex threatened to call child support and tell them I hadn't paid her in 5 years which was the amount of time we weren't with the support registry. I thought yeah right she can't do that it's a lie. 2 wks later I get letters stating I owed over 14,000 even though I had no outstanding balance for the prior 5 years.. I disputed it even gave the case worker copies od text messages she had sent me stating either I pay for court fines and do what she wants me to do or else she's going to child support. She even said things like, "ouch that garnishment is gonna hurt and 224 a month for last five years thats over 14000" My case worker basically told me too bad. what can I do. I've paid over 5000 towards a bs bill. To put icing on the cake my son had dropped out of school at 17 and after he turned 18 she still tried to file for current support so I has to pay another 1000 for a lawyer just so she could get scared into admitiing he was not in school,,,
