So five months ago,under a court my ex wife questioned my parenting skills with my two young sons. The GAL does the whole interview process, my oldest son whos 6 tells the GAL that he wants equal time. The GAL proposes a joint custody in three years, after my youngest starts school. During the reading of the report, the judge starts bashing the GAL saying this is a "knee jerk reaction" and she wouldn't sign off on it. Which now pushes to a trial, my attoreny advises me not to proceed with the trial cause are star witness (the GAL) looked like a fool during the readding of his report. My problem with this is here I am on a court order to be viewed by this state person, and he comes back and says I'm a great dad! Then the courts tell me no.......
